Join us as we come together through movement, love and community to support one of our own following an unimaginable loss.

Cody and Raquel Shepard are grieving the devastating loss of both of their children following a tragic accident. Their 12-year-old son, Calvin, passed away after being struck by a vehicle, and five days later, their 13-year-old daughter, Karalee, also passed away from the severe injuries she sustained in the accident.

Our community is rallying together to provide support during this incredibly difficult time, and we hope you will consider joining us in movement & gentle yoga at Lake Lansing.

Raquel and Cody have practiced at our studio for years and Raquel currently volunteers at the front desk. What they have gone through is unimaginable and we want to offer as much love and support that we can!
