Aerial Pilates
Service Description
Unlike the typical mat or reformer pilates workout, Aerial Pilates incorporates a suspended hammock, allowing for greater freedom of movement and broader range of motion. Expect controlled, mindful movements and focus on alignment which ensures safety is the priority. Open to all levels. $35

If you need to cancel for any reason - please reach out ASAP - samantha@yogaconnectlansing.com To cancel after 48 hours prior to event, please reach out to us. 24 hour cancelation will result in a credit to account. Cancelation day off, no credit or refund will be received. There must be a minimum of 4 students to run an aerial class - if there is not enough students then the class will be canceled. A full refund will be provided if Yoga Connect needs to cancel.
