Service Description

Little Yogis Aerial - our older child class Kids Yoga - A four week series or an individual class Recommend for ages 7 & up Featuring a different focus each week, this developmentally appropriate class will incorporate, journaling, traditional yoga poses and flows that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration and full-body coordination. Children will use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest, ending in a quiet cocoon. Students will be introduced to an array of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques, giving students guidance on how they can incorporate them into their daily lives as coping skills. No prior experience with yoga or aerial yoga is required!  4 week series dates: All sessions meet - 11:30am-12:30pm Thursday, July 13 Thursday, July 20 Thursday, July 27 Thursday, August 3 Sign up for all 4 or just an individual class.
