Little Yogis: Doll Edition is a playful and heart-centered yoga class designed especially for kids and their American Girl dolls (or any favorite doll or stuffed friend). In this special class, children will move, stretch, and breathe alongside their doll while exploring gentle yoga poses, mindfulness, and imaginative play. Each child will create a mini yoga mat for their doll, then enjoy a guided yoga practice filled with fun poses, storytelling, and moments of calm connection. The class wraps up with relaxation time, where dolls are invited to rest right alongside their yogi.
