Service Description

Join our Little Yogis Yoga Series (ages 1-4) for a joyful journey of movement, mindfulness, and connection! Each week, you and your little one will wiggle, stretch, and play through fun yoga poses, storytime adventures, music, free play and mindful breathing. We will build focus, spark imaginations, and create special moments together in this playful, welcoming class!
