Restorative Aerial
Service Description
A deeply relaxing practice that combines the slow-paced, passive holds of traditional yin yoga with the suspended support of the aerial hammock. Held close to the floor, this practice targets deep connective tissue to increase flexibility while using gravity to achieve profound physical and mental release. Open to all levels. $45 Accessible for all levels and beginners welcome

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason - please reach out ASAP - samantha@yogaconnectlansing.com To cancel after 48 hours prior to event, please reach out to us. 24 hour cancelation will result in a credit to account. Cancelation day off, no credit or refund will be received. There must be a minimum of 4 students to run an aerial class - if there is not enough students then the class will be canceled. A full refund will be provided if Yoga Connect needs to cancel.
