Join sound practitioner, April (Hoard) Marrero and yoga teacher Katie Frey for a deeply relaxing yin yoga practice paired with a journey through vibration and sound. Settle into supportive shapes as you’re guided through long-held yin poses and restful restorative postures, while crystal sound bowls, Native American–style flute, vocals, chimes, and more create an immersive soundscape. The music will flow and arc like a wave, inviting you to soften, release, and drop into profound stillness.
