Service Description
Core Strength This 30 minute class will allow you to build core strength starting at the foundation. Not only will you sculpt your abdominal muscles, you’ll learn how to modify based on injury, postpartum status, and current strength level. No matter where you start, you’ll leave with a stronger version of yourself. Strength Program The Strength Program at Yoga Connect is designed to be your one stop strength training stop. With these two days of lifting weights, you will have noticeable results. Each strength class is 30 minutes and can be taken independently, or stacked with the others. Taking both strength sets each week will guarantee that you hit every muscle in your body. Each week the classes are programmed as a unit, and progressed over time. This strength program will leave you stronger and more confident. All strength classes are open to all levels. Modifications and injury adaptations will be offered. Pre and post natal friendly as well.
