Service Description
Total Body Strength - Parent Edition ** Parent Edition Children are welcome to be present in the room, though the class is designed for adults and will not include kid-specific activities. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and find strength — in both body and life. This 45 minute class will tone and sculpt for total body. This session will use more compound movements engaging multiple muscle groups at once. We will use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight movements to build strength and visible results. Students can expect to get upper body, lower body and core all in one class. Strength Program The Strength Program at Yoga Connect is designed to be your one stop strength training stop. With these two days of lifting weights, you will have noticeable results. Each week the classes are programmed as a unit, and progressed over time. This strength program will leave you stronger and more confident. *45 min total body offers a TOTAL BODY workout All strength classes are open to all levels. Modifications and injury adaptations will be offered. Pre & postnatal friendly as well.
