Service Description
VIRTUAL Total Body Strength This 45 minute class will tone and sculpt for total body. This session will use more compound movements engaging multiple muscle groups at once. We will use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight movements to build strength and visible results. Students can expect to get upper body, lower body and core all in one class. Strength Program The Strength Program at Yoga Connect is designed to be your one stop strength training stop. With these two days of lifting weights, you will have noticeable results. Each strength class is 30 minutes and can be taken independently, or stacked with the others. Taking both strength sets each week will guarantee that you hit every muscle in your body. Each week the classes are programmed as a unit, and progressed over time. This strength program will leave you stronger and more confident. *45 min total body version offered will work TOTAL BODY All strength classes are open to all levels. Modifications and injury adaptations will be offered. Pre and post natal friendly as well.
