Service Description
Virtual option - Strength Splits classes **if you are joining halfway through the 90min session - please message the studio so we can let you know the Zoom meeting OR communicate ahead of time.** This 90 minute class will tone and sculpt your entire upper body, lower body & core. We will use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight movements to build strength and visible results. Please prepare to have all weight sizes at home. Resistance bands & balls will be used some weeks too. Strength Program The Strength Program at Yoga Connect is designed to be your one stop strength training stop. With these two days of lifting weights, you will have noticeable results. Each strength class is 30 minutes and can be taken independently, or stacked with the others. Taking both strength sets each week will guarantee that you hit every muscle in your body. Each week the classes are programmed as a unit, and progressed over time. This strength program will leave you stronger and more confident. All strength classes are open to all levels. Modifications and injury adaptations will be offered. Pre and post natal friendly as well.
