Ever since last year’s Winter Solstice the Sun has grown: from birth, to its height at the Summer Solstice, then declined through autumn, until its light finally died on the darkest night. When, simultaneously, it is born again. And a new cycle of life for the Sun begins. At the Winter Solstice we honor the magnificent Sun: that on the darkest night it is born again – bringing a new year of life & growth with it. The time of the year is ideal to draw inward and become reflective, to allow the body to rest & prepare for the longer days & more light 💫 Join sound healer April Hoard & yoga teacher, Taylar Jackson for a relaxing restorative yoga practice paired with a journey through vibration sound, including crystal sound bowls, Native American style flute, vocals, chimes & more. The music will flow and arc like a wave as you find yourself in supported yoga postures. December 21st 11:00am-12:15pm $35
